1. General Provisions

1.1. The Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing, and protecting the personal data of clients of Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio, including data obtained via an Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/menstrimstudio) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Privacy Policy').

1.2. Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio respects clients' right to privacy and strives to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

1.3. This Privacy Policy represents a set of legal, administrative, organizational, technical, and other measures taken by Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data of individuals – clients and users of Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio, except in cases where such information is knowingly disclosed by the Client.

1.4. Cookies are small text files stored on the User's computer, tablet, or mobile phone and contain information about their activity in the Men's Trim Studio app. They improve the speed of the resource for the Client.

1.5. According to the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection', personal data are information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

1.6. Personal data include information about:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• date of birth;
• contact details (phone, e-mail, etc.);
• other information independently provided by the Client (via the app or registration form).

1.7. The account in the Men's Trim Studio app uses Cookies and Google Analytics data to collect statistics. This allows improving the performance of the resource and creating content oriented to visitors. In browser settings, one can disable the sending of Cookies or require confirmation for each sending, however, some sites or functions may become unavailable.

2. Use and Purpose of Personal Data Collection

2.1. Personal data are collected and used for the following purposes:

• Client identification;
• Booking appointments and providing Barbershop services;
• Informing clients about changes in schedules or appointments;
• Sending reminders and special offers (with client's consent);
• Providing information about events and news;
• Providing users with feedback;
• Collecting statistics about clients.

2.2. The Client, regarding their personal data provided for collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and use by Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio, has the right to:

• Know the sources of data collection, location of their personal data, purpose of processing, and the location of Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio;
• Receive information about the conditions for accessing personal data;
• Access their personal data;
• Obtain information on whether their personal data are being processed;
• Submit a motivated request to Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio objecting to the processing of their personal data;
• Submit a motivated request to modify or delete their personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
• Protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as protect against the provision of inaccurate information that defames their honor, dignity, or business reputation;
• File complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or to the court;
• Apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection laws;
• Make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
• Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;
• Know the mechanism of automated personal data processing;
• Be protected from automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.

3. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

3.1. Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

3.2. Personal data, which the User provides access to Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio for collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and use, are stored indefinitely unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine or by the client's will.

3.3. Personal data, which the consumer provides access to Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio, are subject to deletion or destruction in case of:

• termination of legal relations between the Client and Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio;
• issuance of a corresponding order by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or designated officials of their secretariat;
• entry into force of a court decision regarding the deletion or destruction of personal data.

3.4. Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio and its developers strive to do everything possible to prevent information leaks and unauthorized use or alteration of personal data; however, 100% guarantee cannot be provided, as no system is immune to illegal hacking. A hacker attack may create conditions for others to access data.

4. Disclosure of Confidential Information and Personal Data

4.1. Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio is released from the obligation to comply with the Privacy Policy regarding the Client's personal data if the Client independently publicly discloses personal data.

4.2. Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio has the right to disclose the Client's personal data if the information obtained from the personal data repository is socially necessary, i.e., is a matter of public interest, and the public's right to know such information outweighs the potential harm from its disclosure.

4.3. Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio has the right to disclose the Client's personal data with the corresponding written consent of the Client.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

5.1. The Client accepts the terms of this Privacy Policy and acknowledges that this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

5.2. Barbershop Men`s Trim Studio reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy with mandatory publication of the current version on this page with the corresponding update date.
